We are currently looking for appropriate professionals to join our team on a FT or PT basis, such as:
Vocational Evaluators
• Certified Vocational Evaluator or vocational expert with related university or other post secondary education (CCRC, CVE, RRP/RVP)
• Experience in assessing individuals through a battery of aptitude, achievement and interest tests to determine and plan effective vocational strategies
Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Kinesiologists
• Appropriate certication and university education
• Experience in providing functional capacity evalutations, worksite assessments and ergonomic assessments
Additional Requirements for the above positions:
• Excellent communication and comprehensive report writing skills
• Ability to work independently (flexible hours)
• A home office, (compatible computer/email, fax) a vehicle and liability insurance
• Willing to travel and live in GTA, Barrie, Hamilton, St. Catherine’s, Kitchener, Oshawa, London, Windsor

Full Time office positions :
Administrative Support Clerk:
• Handle in-take of referrals for medical and vocational services
• Schedule assessments and book interpreter services as required
• Maintain assessment schedule and communication with involved parties
• Prepare notification of appointment letters
• Complete service invoices and format assessment reports for consistency
• Manage the on-line document transfer system
Receptionist:
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel or extension
• Greet visitors and maintain visitor log
• Book assessment or interview rooms as requested and co-ordinate with scheduling staff
• Send couriers, mail, date stamp incoming mail and distribute
• Faxing, photocopying as required
• Maintain inventories, order supplies and ensure maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior experience working with health professionals would be an asset
• Willing to learn, work well independently as well as part of a team
